THE DOORS OF THE Roseville Home for the Elderly will remain open.
At least for now.
That’s because its proprietor, Pamela Hill, has cooperated fully with officials from the Ministry of Health investigating alleged abuse of a patient at the Durants, Christ Church, facility.
But two employees of Roseville, in spite of being fired for their involvement in cases of alleged mistreatment, will be brought up on charges of professional misconduct.
Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Tennyson Springer, told the MIDWEEK NATION yesterday that the ministry had conducted two inspections at Roseville since allegations of abuse were brought to their attention on May 10. (BA)
