Holder ‘wasting’ court’s time

SCANT RESPECT for the court.

This was the verdict of Magistrate Graveney Bannister yesterday in the District “A” Magistrates’ Traffic court, while commenting on what he said was the consistent absence of attorney at law Arthur Holder.

Yesterday, six men who had retained Holder as their counsel stood together in the dock as Magistrate Bannister gave a “final warning”.

“This is the man that talks about backlog in court,” he said adding that the absence of Holder was “wasting my time and clogging up my court”. (TKS)
