Fans brave rain to see cricket

AFTER A RAIN DELAY, the covers have been lifted at Kensington Oval.

World No. 1 Australia are taking on South Africa in the seventh match of the BallR Tri-Nation One-Day International Cricket Series.

A few hundred people braved the rain and patiently waited until it stopped. They were entertained by a Euro 2016 football match on the jumbotron during the wait.

Australia won the toss and are fielding. South Africa were 8-0 when rain came and umpires will make an inspection will be made at 5:10 p.m.

West Indies will play Australia on Tuesday at the same venue. (BN)
