All this action precedes what promises to be a sensational Massy United Insurance Barbados Derby, the penultimate race on the nine-race programme.
The hot favourites Northern Star and Daddy’s Wish are expected to duel for supremacy in their quest to become the 77th winner of the prestigious Derby around 4:45 p.m.
This 2 000 metres grade-1 race, which has attracted ten of the best Barbados-bred three-year-olds, is expected to provide the thousands of racing enthusiasts with a breathtaking finish. (LY)
