LIAT CHIEF executive officer Julie Reifer-Jones is acknowledging the airline’s deficiencies in technology and communication.

“We have been consumed with transitioning our fleet from the 18 Dash 8 aeroplanes to the nine ATR planes, which frames the challenge we have in servicing the network as it is no longer possible to maintain the number of flights we had in the past.
