ENERGY-EFFICIENT and world-class office accommodation has been provided through the construction of One Welches, the new home of Ernst & Young, which was officially opened last week.
Director of One Welches, James Edghill, said the property amounted to an investment in excess of $30 million.
“We are very proud of the modernity of One Welches,” Edghill said.
“It employs some of the most advanced green and energy-efficient technologies in the world today.”
He noted too that the building was specially insulated to save energy, and featured LED lighting, rain water harvesting, garbage recycling and a solar car port with charging stations for electric vehicles. (LK)
