THE SHOP ASSISTANT who became known as the “one eyebrow girl” has reached a settlement with the store that fired her after a problematic social media video went viral last month.

The SUNDAY SUN has been told that iMart Convenience Store and Tammy Edwards reached an agreement in her favour after Edwards appealed the dismissal, but the terms and conditions would remain confidential.

“The matter has been settled and Miss Edwards and her legal counsel are happy with the outcome and with the professional approach taken by iMart to resolve the matter,” a source said.

After working at the store for five years, Edwards lost her job as a cashier after posting two videos of herself during a fire drill evacuation at Sheraton Mall, Christ Church that was met with both hilarity and derision. (MB)
