Stop taking pictures of dead!

WHILE RESIDENTS TRIED valiantly to save 74-year-old Verona Gibson from a pack of dogs, some Barbadians decided to take pictures.

This urge to quickly share such events on social media has angered Haggatt Hall, St Michael resident Sinclair King, who was one of those who tried in vain to save Gibson.

Speaking to the DAILY NATION following the fatal attack that saw an estimated seven dogs kill Gibson, King wants the police to try and end the practice.

“They got idiots in Barbados. Something happened and they’re going to take their time to send a picture on Instagram. That’s not right because if it happened to your family, you would be vexed,” King said. (AD)
