POLICE ARE CONDUCTING investigations into a shooting incident which occurred around 8:45 tonight at Bourne’s Land, Silver Sands, Christ Church.
During this incident, Maurice Daniel, 39, of Browne’s Land, St Christopher, Christ Church received a gunshot injury to his groin.
Police say Daniel was sitting in the area talking to two other men when gunshots were heard.
The three men “got up to run away” and Daniel was shot in the groin while running.
He was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance where his condition is listed as stable.
