A 14-YEAR-OLD schoolboy has been granted bail after appearing in court charged with serious bodily harm.
This stemmed from an altercation at a rural school on Tuesday in which another 14-year-old boy was struck in the head.
He has been hospitalised and his condition is listed as stable.
The accused appeared before Magistrate Laurie-Ann Smith-Bovell in the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court today.
He was granted bail at the sum of $1 000 with one surety, to reappear in court on June 28. (PR/NB)
