RANDALL ROUSE’S DAYS as a “Dee” are done.
For three of the last four national elections, Rouse has run under the Democratic Labour Party (DLP) banner.
But this time around, the St Joseph native will not be doing so as he has announced he will be contesting the 2018 general elections as an independent.
