MQI helping Rising Stars

THE RISING STARS TRACK and Field Club has received a major boost ahead of its tour to Toronto, Canada, later this year.

It came from multi-brand automotive dealer McEnearney Quality Inc. (MQI), which handed over a cheque recently during a presentation ceremony in the company’s Mazda showroom in Wildey.

Office administration assistant Rhonda Durant, in making the presentation, said it was part of the company’s social responsibility to the community which it serves, as well as assisting the youth of Barbados.

“Anything to assist the youth in their laudable undertakings, this company will usually give a listening ear to. We cannot help everyone who comes, but we do our part as a good corporate citizen,” she added. (TT)
