Traffic changes for Pan Pun De Sand

THE TRAVELLING PUBLIC is asked to note that a number of temporary road changes will be in place on Sunday to facilitate the hosting of Massy Pan Pun De Sand which will be hosted at Brandon’s Beach, Brighton, Spring Garden, St Michael.

These changes are as follows: 

Between noon and 10 p.m., the Spring Garden Highway from its junction with Brighton Road to its junction with Exmouth Gap shall be closed to all vehicular traffic except vehicles used by members of the Festival Committee.

Between noon and 10 p.m., no person shall park or allow a vehicle to remain stationary on Brighton Road, except for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers.

Between noon and 10 p.m., no person shall park or allow a vehicle to remain stationary along the emergency route or alternate route except for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers.          

The emergency route commences at Spring Garden Highway and proceeds along Exmouth Gap, Westbury Road, Passage Road, Country Road, Roebuck Street, Halls Road and Martindale’s Road, St Michael.

The alternate route commences at Brighton Road and proceeds along Black Rock, Bank Hall, Eastmond Corner, Hindsbury Road, Harmony Hall, Halls Road and Martindale’s Road, St Michael. (PR/NB)
