The public is advised that the Ministry of Health and Wellness has transitioned to the Government’s telephone platform and has new telephone numbers.
The new PBX number is 536-3800. Other important numbers are 536-3801 – Minister; 536-3802 – Permanent Secretary; 536-3803 – Chief Medical Officer; 536-3854 – Chief Environmental Health Officer and 536-3846 – Chief Public Health Nurse.
The Ministry’s Helpline can be accessed at 536-4500. The old PBX number, 467-9300, will continue to be operational for a period of time. (BGIS)
