The Psychiatric Hospital is losing its most precious commodity.

And the country’s loss is quickly becoming Bermuda and The Bahamas’ gain.

Dozens of registered nurses specially trained to work at psychiatric facilities have chosen to take their talents to the northern Caribbean instead, mainly because they have been unable to be appointed to the more than 100 vacant posts available at the Black Rock, St Michael institution.
