The meeting between the National Union of Public Workers (NUPW) and civil servants affected by Government’s retrenchment exercise is underway at the union’s headquarters in Dalkeith Road.
On the agenda is an update on concerns relating to the retrenchment exercise in which over 1 500 Government workers are expected to be sent home.
The union will also get feedback from the displaced workers on any other arising issues before making a statement to the media. (AD)
