Revellers gathered at Warrens for the start of the Republic Bank Grand Kadooment are still waiting to move off.

While there are an estimated 800 people to move off from the Massy car park at the second designated spot for this year’s festival, not very many are on the ground at this time.

One marshal, who declined to give his name, said it may be due to the weather, but anticipated the crowd will pick up before the 9 a.m. start. (RA)
