Stop the violence!

Family members and close friends of the latest shooting victim are calling on Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley and Attorney General Dale Marshall to do more to crack down on illegal guns. 

 

shooting-victim-nicholas-mayersNicholas Mayers (left), of Rowans, St George, received multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and head while setting up to sell his coconuts yesterday morning, in his otherwise quiet neighbourhood. He was 37.

Mayers’ oldest daughter, 16-year-old Nikkala Mayers, said it hurt that the father of three, who was a family man and never got into any confrontations, was gunned down.

“Whoever do this, I hope you all rot in your grave,” she said. (RA)
