Health authorities said Westbury Primary School and Carlton & A1 Supermarket will be the two venues for the mobile pop-up COVID-19 vaccination sites on Thursday.
They will be among the venues that residents may visit as the Immunisation Unit of the Ministry of Health & Wellness continues its thrust to vaccinate people against the viral that has led to the death of more than 100 people in the island.
The mobile pop-up sites at Westbury in the city and Carlton & A1 will operate between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Community engagement sites will also operate at Mount Gay Distributors in Brighton, St Michael from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the National Union of Public Workers headquarters in Dalkeith, St Michael from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The ministry said vaccination centres will be operated out of six locations.
Princess Margaret Secondary School in Six Roads, St Philip from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Eunice Gibson Polyclinic in Warrens, St Michael from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Masonic Centre in Salters, St George from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Christ Church Parish Church Hall in Church Hill, Christ Church from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Mile-and-a-Quarter, St Peter from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Building No. 2, Harbour Industrial Estate, St Michael from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The AstraZeneca and Sinopharm vaccines only, will be available to adults, 18 years and older.
Young people between the ages of 12 and 18 may visit any centre or mobile site to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
Anyone going to receive their first dose of a vaccine must present their national ID cards to the public health personnel at the vaccination centres and sites.
Those eligible for second doses must bring their blue vaccination cards.
