Unbeaten Elcock wins again on the road

ANOTHER DAY, another win.

Russell Elcock continues to ride unbeaten on the road, notching yet another victory in the Barbados Cycling Union’s season after dominating the Spring Garden circuit over the weekend.

Not including last year’s National Road Race Championships, the win was his 13th straight in a row spanning the last two years.

Fugen’s pair of Darwin Griffith and Mario Lynch finished second and third, respectively, in the absence of top senior competitors Darren Matthews, Jamol Eastmond, Jason Perryman and Philip Clarke. (JM)
