SOME residents of Baker’s Woods, St Peter and its immediate surroundings are without electricity this evening after a Land Rover struck a utility pole just outside the district along the Ronald Mapp Highway.
No one was injured.
The vehicle was driven by 61-year-old Herbert Austin of Mount View, St Lucy.
Linesmen from the Barbados Light and Power (BL&P) are on the scene working to restore power to the affected households.
