Royal visit to health centre

Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cornwall paid a courtesy visit to the Maria Holder Diabetes Centre, Warrens, St Michael this afternoon.

During her 20 minute visit, accompanied by a small entourage, The Duchess greeted staff members and got quick updates on the work done at the Centre.

She also engaged some patients in conversation and enquired about their battles with Type One and Two diabetes.

Just before her departure, the Duchess of Cornwall unveiled a plaque commemorating her official visit. (DB)
