A?WATCHMAN?at The Alexandra School is contemplating taking legal action against the board of management and particularly its chairman Keith Simmons.
Junior Bryant, who was the nightwatchman at the school for the past four years, received a letter on March 2, 2012, signed by the secretary on behalf of Simmons, his former attorney at law.
The letter informed him that the board was in receipt of his criminal charge sheet dating back to 2009 and that he would be sent on half-pay leave pending the outcome of the court matter.
Bryant pointed out that when he was charged with the offence of assaulting another man, he hired Simmons to represent him.
