TWO MEN HAVE been charged in connection with the seizure of almost 400 pounds of compressed cannabis at Maxwell Beach, Christ Church earlier this week.
Barbadian Henderson Drayton, 49, of Gibbons Boggs, Christ Church has been charged with possession, possession with intent to supply, trafficking and importation.
Forty-three-year old Jamaican Milton Gordon of Four Roads, St Philip has been charged with possession, trafficking and possession with intent to supply.
Last Monday, members of the Drug Squad seized 398 pounds of cannabis and a boat at Maxwell Beach.
Drayton and Gordon are expected to appear at the Oistins Magistrates Court today. (PR)
