Minister of Education Ronald Jones sent this clear message to teachers who may feel that they are protected by appointment.
Jones, who was delivering the main address at the opening ceremony of Erdiston Teachers’ Training College academic year 2013-2014 at the college yesterday, also called on the teachers to improve on their productivity or suffer the consequences.
“When your great institution starts to fall, the society implodes . . . Because you might be appointed, don’t feel that you can’t be disappointed; you can be. The laws are there.
