Sir Don’s contribution to the local music landscape spanned over 50 years and was immeasurable and incomparable.

His song writing was a benchmark of the highest standard and ensured that Barbadian calypso achieved the highest standards particularly in terms of social commentary. His longevity in the field demonstrated the timeliness of his work.

He was a dedicated member of COSCAP and his contribution was invaluable as a director.

He was loved and will be missed by the staff, members and directors of COSCAP.

Deepest condolences to his family. (PR)
