A mass casualty operation began after a public service vehicle carrying eight passengers and a motor van collided at the junction of Evelyn Drive and Carter’s Main Road, Christ Church, yesterday afternoon.
According to police reports, 11 people, including the drivers and a conductor, complained of pain resulting from broken noses to neck and foot injuries.
Police said the accident happened around 3:50 p.m. and involved ZR driver Gerry Hurdle, 36, of Military Road, Bush Hall, St Michael, and van driver Jonathan Thompson, 27, of Upper Carters Gap, Christ Church.
