PSV pessimism

Some Public Service Vehicle (PSV) operators are doubtful things will change when the new Constitution River Terminal becomes fully operational.

They questioned how the Transport Authority’s plans would work given the number of PSVs, while a few said they were “in the dark” about what was happening.

Dennis Richardson, a driver, said he had concerns and pointed to issues with water settling in some areas.

“When in here gets full of water, how will the people walk to get into the terminal? They haven’t graded here, so all that water will end up in there,” he said.
Richardson also questioned the one van at a time plan for loading in the terminal. (CA)
