Kudos for cops

ATTORNEY GENERAL Adriel Brathwaite has complimented the Royal Barbados Police Force on its handling of the recent spate of crimes. The offences over the last several weeks had sparked much public debate.
“I wish to acknowledge the hard work and sacrifice of the good men and women and I pledge the continued support of my office to all ranks of the force,” said yesterday.
“I have always had confidence in our force and continue to do so,” added Brathwaite, who is attending a conference in St Kitts.
His comments came in the wake of the recent arrests of two men, both United States deportees, for the August 2 double murder at Salters in St George, and progress made with a string of aggravated robberies and burglaries across Barbados.
