Junior surfing sensation Chelsea Tuach exchanged her beach gear for a gown Saturday night at the Frank Collymore Hall, where she was crowned as this country’s National Sports Council’s Sports Personality Of The Year.
In addition, the 17-year-old also earned the Junior Sportsperson Of The Year award during a three-hour ceremony attended by this country’s leading sports administrators.
