A double dose of Days a day

IT IS WITH A HEAVY HEART that I write on behalf of the Days Of Our Lives family regarding the bad treatment CBC TV is meting out to us its viewers.

Can you imagine the drama is scheduled to run from 6 p.m. till 6:45 p.m and during this time we are given 25 minutes of the actual programme, the remaining 20 in commercials!

To compound the matter, clips of the Evening News, totally unnecessary, are shown too.

If people want to know what’s on the news, they will listen to it.

I know the bills have to be paid, but, please, not all these ads in our beloved Days Of Our Lives.

We are way back in 1995 and CBC should be trying to bring us forward instead.

It should be giving us two episodes of Days daily.
