Jamaica records 17 more virus cases

Kingston – Jamaica has recorded 17 additional cases of people who have tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

According to the latest statistics, 222 perople are from the central parish of St Catherine.

Of the total number of cases, 149 are males, and 232 females.

Most of  the cases in the parish are linked to the Alorica call centre in St Catherine.

To date, there have been 29 recoveries and seven deaths. (CMC)
