During Co-operators General Insurance’s Pop-up and Entrepreneurial Market last Friday, some small business owners such as T’Shura Howell, from Statements of Faith, said that after the downturn in tourism they had no choice but
to pivot.
“I was working in tourism, but then I was severed so I have been trying to push this business more, and now that I’ve been focusing on it more, things have been going pretty okay,” the jewellery maker said.
She said she has been targeting more locals who she said were becoming more interested in her products. (TG)
