Update: Isaiah Wiggins appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sergeant in the District “A” Magistrates Court on the charge of murder. He was further remanded to prison and will reappear in court on March 22.
Seventeen-year-old Isaiah Abraham Cody Wiggins will appear in court today on an upgraded charge of murder in connection with the shooting death of 23-year-old Kesmar Shaquille Codrington of Browne’s Avenue, Bayville, St Michael
Wiggins, of Scarborough, Christ Church, appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sergeant in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with serious bodily harm in relation to Codrington’s death.
Codrington was shot last Friday while at Bay Street, St Michael. He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by private motor vehicle but later succumbed to his injuries. (PR/NB)
