Man faces multiple charges in major vehicle theft case

The Barbados Police Service’s Criminal Investigations Department and Major Crime Unit have formally charged 46-year-old Richard Alexander Alleyne, of no fixed place of abode, in connection with a series of motor vehicle thefts and other offences committed over the past several months.
