But he did not.
Instead, he kept back $1 000 and must now look to pay that and the remaining balance by the end of this month.
Holder, a fisherman of Crane, St Philip, was back before the No. 5 Supreme Court yesterday.
He had pleaded guilty to unlawfully wounding Winston Mayers on January 23, 2012, after he had denied the more serious count of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Mayers with intent.
