RESIDENTS IN SOME St Michael districts who complained about garbage pile-ups over the last month, say they are seeing some improvements.
The situation at Green Park Lane, The City, was not as bad as on August 17, but residents were still concerned about an old public bath.
Nicholas Wood said that for as long as he could remember, the old bath was the garbage collection site in the district, and was occupied by vagrants who, on more than one occasion, almost caused it to go up in flames.
He called for the facility to be knocked down or remodelled and secured. (LK)
