Police officer among four injured in St Joseph

Four people, including a police officer, were injured in an altercation at Ginger Works, St Joseph tonight.

A 28-year-old male received a gunshot wound to the left leg and a 24-year-old male had a puncture – suspected to be a stab wound – in his left leg.

The police officer sustained an injury to the mouth.

A 29-year-old suspect, who had a puncture to his jaw, is in custody.

The police have not released any names at this time.  (PR/SAT)
