A 43-YEAR-OLD St Lucy man is suspected to have drowned at Six Men’s beach, St Peter this evening.
Police spokesman Inspector Roland Cobbler says the name will not be released until close family members have been informed.
Cobbler said the man went to the beach with a group of friends and was later seen floating face down in the water.
The man was pulled from the sea but was unresponsive and died on the scene.
Some family members were among those gathered at the beach.
Police investigations are continuing. (BN)
