A ST JAMES MAN is accusing a local insurance provider of unprofessional practices and terrible customer service.
Romar Morris, 30, of Fitts Village, was involved in a horrific accident almost a year ago, in which a friend of his, Taurean Clarke, lost a leg, leaving him with a huge scar across his chest. However, Morris said he remembered none of it.
“It was Whit Monday last year. We went to an event by the Drill Hall beach and then we left. I remember walking and talking with my friends but then blackness. The next thing I remember was waking up in the hospital wondering why I was there and asking for Taurean,” he said.
Morris said he was told they were going around the “Bermuda Triangle” section of the ABC Highway when the car started to shake, and then spun around. Both he and Clarke underwent surgery while a third passenger, Gregory Hinds was physically unharmed. (CA)
