LESTER BROWNE needs help, possibly more help than even he knows.
He needs help with his dilapidated home, help with a leg which is literally rotting off the bone and, according to neighbours, psychiatric help as well.
The 50-year-old Vauxhall No. 2, Christ Church, resident said an accident a decade ago left him disfigured and now he was living in filth without any utilities.
“I get hit by a car about ten years ago. They put steel in my right leg but now the flesh coming off and you can even see the steel,” he said. (CA)
