Body washes ashore at Foul Bay

POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING the death of a St Philip resident who fell into the sea at Crane Beach early this morning.

According to a media release, Anthony Cameron Denny, 58, of Harlington, St Philip and a friend were fishing on the sea rocks there.

While packing up to go home, Denny fell off the rocks into the sea. His friend immediately raised the alarm in an effort to get help for Denny who had fallen approximately 100 feet into the water.

The body later washed ashore at Foul Bay Beach. (PR/SAT)
