DEAR CHRISTINE: He forced me to abort my baby

DEAR CHRISTINE, I have a problem which is driving me out of my mind and I need your help.

I have known a nice guy for the past seven months and most of the times we go places together. We have sex almost every day. Before I met him, he had a woman who has a child for him. I asked him why they were apart and he said she was ruling him.

I told him he should try and make up with her, but he said they never did get on well.

He also said he loved me and wanted to marry me.

Well I got pregnant for him but he told me things were not good for him and he had no money.

He asked me what I was going to do about my pregnancy and I told him I wanted to bring the child. He insisted he had no place for the child. I then told him I had no money.

He said he would give me money and that having an abortion would be for my own good. He gave the money to me and I asked him if he would still love me. He said yes.

Anyhow, I started to notice a difference in our lovemaking and I found out he was seeing another woman. To make a long story short, he said he had to make a choice between me and the woman. He chose her. Christine, I cried for many days and I am still hurting.

Please help me because I am unhappy.

A.

Dear A:

Now you have lost your lover and child. If I were in your shoes I would be crying over the lost of my unborn child, not this two-timer.

He had his fling with you; which was great sex every day. Now he has moved on.

My only pity is for that child who deserved a chance at life. I have nothing more to say concerning your situation.

CHRISTINE
