DARIAN KING is definitely on a high.
The king of swing has a brand new career-high ranking to go right along with his latest Challenger title after vaulting up the tennis ladder to world No.161 in the new ATP rankings.
The jump represents a leap of 38 spots up from his previous spot of 199, coming directly on the heels of his historic back to back title-winning performances on the ATP Challenger tour.
“He deserves the ranking because he is playing at a very good level on this tour and now he believes that he belongs here by showing a greater understanding of the game,” reasoned King’s older brother and coach Christopher. (JM)
