FOR THE third time in four years, Rendezvous will contest the Banks Beer Champions Cup final.

After a miserable run of league form, the title contenders defeated Mackeson Brittons Hill 4-1 last Sunday night at the Barbados Football Association’s Wildey Astroturf.

Earlier in the first semi-final, Neighbourhood Care Pharmacy Weymouth Wales made it thrice as nice, as they defeated the University of the West Indies (UWI) for the third time this season 2-0.

Three days after their league triumph against Brittons Hill, Rendezvous returned with more energy, purpose and passion.

Romano Snagg handed Rendezvous the lead in the 22nd minute, using his pace to beat the high defensive line of Brittons Hill and go by goalkeeper Tennyson Mings to slot the ball into the open goal. (ROG)
