Fogging Schedule November 23 to 27

THE VECTOR CONTROL UNIT of the Ministry of Health continues its efforts to eradicate the Aedes Aegypti mosquito next week, when its fogging programme moves into several parishes.

On Monday: Areas to be fogged in St James are 1st and 2nd Street Holetown, Sunset Crest, The Garden, Trents, Porters and the environs.

On Tuesday: The team will be in St Michael, Christ Church and St Philip, fogging Dalkeith, Deighton Road, Paddock Road, Phillips Road, Kings Village, Dayrells Road, Rockley New Road, Ventnor Gardens, Long Bay Development, Belair Cross Road, Crane Haven, Crane and surrounding areas.

On Wednesday: Fogging continues in St George in Buttals, Walkers Valley, Constant, Thorpes Cottage, Rose Hill, Gun Hill, Lower Newbury, Groves, Bridge Cot, Flat Rock Tenantry and neighbouring districts.

On Thursday: The team will be in Christ Church fogging Maxwell Terrace, Maxwell Road, Moravian Gardens, Fairholme Gardens, Hythe Gardens, Worthing, St Lawrence, Harmony Hall, Paradise Village, St Lawrence Gap and the environs.

On Friday: Districts in St James and St Peter to be fogged will be Lower Carlton with Avenues, Weston, Gibbs, Mullins, Cemetery Lane, Road View, Around the Town, Farm Road, Farm Tenantry, Battaleys and surrounding areas.  

Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter. The fogging exercise runs from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. each day. (BGIS)
