THE GIFT of more than 70 tablets to Reynold Weekes Primary School will help with the multi-pronged approach to learning.

That is according to principal of the Four Roads, St Philip school, Anderson Bishop, who told the DAILY NATION yesterday his school had been integrating technology into the instruction of various subjects.

He said students used the computer lab, which was equipped with 35 laptops, but the tablets would now allow them to work in their classrooms and at home.

“We endorse the idea that no child should be left behind. So that each child in a Class 3 receiving a tablet would ensure that the playing field is level, so to speak, in relation to how children can have technology which they can use,” he said.
