FLOW SAYS it has made significant headway in addressing customers’ complaints.

“We haven’t been sitting on our hands; we have spent a significant amount of money upgrading our system,” said managing director Niall Sheehy. “We are focused on customer experience, that is our number one priority but we are not where we want to be.”

He was speaking yesterday during an informal briefing and tour of Flow’s new Warrens office.

Sheehy said there had been a “multitude” of issues lingering for “some time” and one of the biggest was concerning voice customers as there had been complaints about a lack of dial tone and delays during the switch from LIME’s old network to a new fibre optic system.
