Bishop: Church must adapt to serve

THE ANGLICAN CHURCH needs to discover how best it can minister to a rapidly changing Barbados.

So said Bishop Dr John Holder during his charge to the church’s annual Synod at St Michael’s Cathedral last Sunday evening.

“Given all that is going on around us in our communities, we need to pause and take stock in order to discover how best we can minister to our rapidly changing society. Not all of the changes can be counted as good, but there is a need to respond.
