Children of the island’s Government day nurseries are on the last lap of a series of open days to mark Child Month.
And yesterday parents and guardians were allowed to visit the educational institutions and see what their little wards have been up to while away from home.
At the Ellerton Day Care Centre, supervisor Heather Fitt said the little ones, ranging from two to four years old, were very excited to display their art and craft. She said a number of parents visited throughout the day.
On Friday, the week of activities will culminate with sports.
Here, these two-year-olds took turns fitting together their play mat puzzles.
